Dublin Scioto defeated Hilliard Bradley 66-48 on senior night. The three Irish seniors all scored in double figures, as Raneal Ewing
contributed 23 points, while Jalen Johnson and Justin Craig added 10 each. Johnson played a strong game inside in his final home game as an Irish.
The Irish led 12-8 after one quarter as 6 Irish contributed 2 points each (Ewing, Johnson, Antonio Bisutti, Joshua Ashwill, Gabe McGlone and
Craig).
The Irish took a commanding lead during the 2nd quarter, going on a 21-4 run before Bradley made a long 3 pointer just before the buzzer. The Irish
still led at the half, 33-15. Justin Craig nailed two three pointers in the quarter.
The biggest lead of the night came late in the third quarter, as the Irish led 44-20. The quarter ended with the Irish up 49-27. Ryan Duncan made
both of his three point attempts in the quarter.
The Irish went to the line often in the fourth quarter, making 8 out of 10 free throws, to finish with the 66-48 victory.
The Irish improved to 7-12 overall and remain 3-10 in the Ohio Capital Conference Cardinal Division.

The Irish jumped out to a 6-1 lead, the biggest lead either team enjoyed during the first four quarters, before finally beating Bradley by the score of
47-40 in overtime. Bradley closed out the first quarter with a coast to coast layup to cut the lead to 6-3. Aaron Strausbaugh drew a first quarter
charge.
Bradley scored the first 4 points of the second quarter to complete a 6-0 run and take a 9-6 lead, before a Dominic Madison basket cut the lead to 9-8.
At halftime the score was tied at 13.
The third quarter remained tight and the Irish tied the score at 22 just before half on a traditional 3 point play by Chase Sult. Strausbaugh added
4 3rd quarter points.
The Irish fell behind 28-24 in the fourth, their biggest deficit of the night, before baskets by Madison and Ryan Gibson tied the score. Trailing 31-28,
a Madison 3 pointer tied the game again and sent it into overtime. Madison contributed 7 fourth quarter points.
After falling behind 34-31 in overtime, the Irish scored the next 8 points to take a 39-34 lead. The final three came on a Sult three pointer after
a Braxton Wallace steal. Madison also nailed a three pointer in the run, while Gibson hit two free throws. After Bradley cut the lead to 39-37, the Irish
went on a 7-0 run to seal the victory. The run started on a Sult basket after a Madison steal.
Madison was high scorer with 18, followed by Sult with 11, Gibson with 7, Strausbaugh with 5, Wallace with 4, and Tyler Zack with 2.
The Irish JVs are 11-8 overall and 7-6 in league play.
The first three quarters were closely contested, then an impressive Irish 4th quarter allowed the Irish to pull away from Hilliard Bradley for a 33-24
victory.
The first quarter was even all the way, with no team leading by more than 2 points and ending tied at 8. Zac Brown led the Irish with 4 points.
The Irish scored the first 6 points of the 2nd quarter to take a 14-8 lead, before Bradley scored the final 4 to trail 14-12 at the half. Darius McDonald
scored 4 points in the quarter.
The 3rd quarter was also close, although the Irish did build a 23-16 lead before Bradley scored the final 4 points to cut the lead to 23-20 entering the
fourth. Matt Messick contributed 4 points in the quarter.
The Irish finally pulled away in the fourth quarter taking a 33-22 lead, before finishing with the 33-24 win. Andrew McKinley and Messick each contributed
3 points in the quarter, while McKinley also drew a charge.
A balanced scoring attack was led by Messick with 9, McKinley with 7, Brown with 6, Kalib Wallace with 5, McDonald with 4 and Bryan Chu with 2.
The Irish improved to 8-11 overall and 5-8 in OCC Cardinal Division play.
