The Irish seemed in control for the first 2 and 1/2 quarters on opening night againgst Worthingon Kilbourne, leading 38-28 halfway through the
third quarter, before the Wolves went on a 15-0 run to take a 43-38 lead with 5 minutes to play. From that point on the Irish battled hard, but were unable to convert
on a couple of opportunities to tie the game or take the lead back, eventually falling to the Wolves by the score of 51-47.
The Irish were lead in scoring by Jamare Mills with 18 points and Raneal Ewing with 14. Other scorers were Antonio Bisutti with 4, Ryan Dunan and
Jacob McPheters with 3 each, Justin Craig and Tervon Moore with 2 each, and Max Brundige with 1.
