JVS FALL TO MOUNT VERNON

The Irish JV jumped out to a 23-21 halftime lead at Mt Vernon with a balanced scoring attach, led by Eric Stamets with 7, JR Bernans with 6, Destin Thomas and Jamare Mills with 4 each, and Dom Rosso with 2. The Irish had a tough time in the 2d half, scoring only 10 points while Mt Veron poured in 28. Jacob McPheters had 4 2d half points, Jamare Mills 3 and JR Bernans 2.

For the game JR Bernans led the scoring with 8 points, while Eric Stamets and Jamare Mills added 7 each. Jacob McPheters and Desin Thomas each scored 4 and Dom Rosso added 2 to round out the scoring.
