On senior night, the lone Irish senior Hector Cintron started things right for the Irish with a three pointer, and scored a career high of 12 points
in helping the Irish win their second game in a row by the score of 48-35 over Marysville. Dublin Scioto led the entire game, increasing their lead after
each quarter. The Irish led 10-6 after one quarter, 19-12 at halftime, and 29-18 after three quarters. The Irish put forth an especially strong defensive
effort in this game.
Max Brundige played another strong game underneath and finished as leading scorer with 14 points. Cintron was next with 12, followed by Johsua Ashwill
with 7, Antonio Bisutti with 5, Justin Craig with 4, and Ryan Gibson and Travis Yates with 3 each.
The Dublin Scioto JV fell to Marysville by the score of 40-35. The game was close throughout with Marysville holding a small lead most of the game. Marysville
led 8-7 after one, 17-14 at halftime, and 25-23 after three quarters.
Austin Mooney and Patrick Rooney were leading scorers with 10 points each. Other scorers were Matt Strausbaugh with 5, Drew Cullen with 4, Tim Shadoan with
3, Tyler Flaherty with 2 and Braxton Wallace with 1.
The Freshmen led the entire game in winning 36-32 over Marysville. The Irish led 11-7 after one, 22-16 at the half and 29-26 after three quarters. The
game got close at the end. With the Irish holding a 34-32 lead, Marysville drove to the basket and banked in a shot with 34 seconds to go, however Even
Demars drew a charge on the play and the basket was negated. Demars was then fouled and sank two free throws with 15 seconds to go to seal the victory.
Tim Shadoan was leading scorer with 9 points, while Chase Sult and Aaron Strausbaugh added 8 each. Other scorers were Demars and Grant Anderson with
4 each, and Brayden Pfeifer wtih 3.
