The Irish fell to 0-2 after dropping their home and league opener to Olentangy by the score of 64-55. After taking a 13-12 first quarter lead, the second quarter was the downfall as the Irish committed numerous
turnovers and were outscored 19-6 to fall behind 31-19 at halftime.
The Irish went on a run halfway through the fourth quarter to cut the deficit to 5 at 54-49, but were unable to get any closer.
Irish scoring was led by Antonio Bisutti with 12, Jamare Mills with 11, Ryan Duncan with 8 and Raneal Ewing with 7. Others scoring were Max Brundige and Jacob McPheters with 5 each,
Tervon Moore, JR Bernans, and Hector Cintron with 2 each, and Jeremy Nsumbu with 1.
